Step 1

a)DownloadandinstalltheIQ

Stepper software.

b) Launch the software by clicking:

 Start/AllPrograms/Bimba/IQ

Stepper

c)ConnectthedrivetoyournetworkorPCusingastandardCAT5cable.

d)SelectanappropriateIPaddressusingtherotaryswitchontheSTP-AC5.Formore

informationaboutnetworkcongurationsandIPaddressing,pleaseconsultthe

STP-AC5 Hardware Manual.

Step 2

a)WirethedrivetotheACpowersource.

(donotapplypoweruntilallconnectionstothedrivehavebeenmade)

Note,theSTP-AC5-*-1acceptsACvoltagesfrom108-132VAC,

 whiletheSTP-AC5-*-2acceptsACvoltagesfrom108-250VAC.

 TheSTP-AC5-*-1containsaninternal8Afastactingfuse.TheSTP-AC5-*-2containsaninternal3.5Afastactingfuse.If

 anexternalfuseisdesired,werecommenda6Afastactingfuseforthe120VSTP-AC5anda3ampfastactingfusefor
